Quiet Summer - Back on form

A quick informal FadBlog post.

We’ve had a fairly quiet summer this year at fadtastic, content-wise. It was partly deliberate due to the small matter of me getting married. Rest assured though, we’ve got some exciting content coming your way this Autumn (or Spring or whatever for those not in the northern hemisphere.) Stay tuned and I hope you understand the lack of updates.

A big thank you to Matt Davies for babysitting fadtastic whilst I was tying the knot.

Downtime - Blank Screen

Apologies for those that visited in the last 6-7 hours. It appears most people saw a blank screen. I’d like to say it was a clever statement of some description, but it wasn’t.

Anyhow, we’re back to normal now and sorry for the inconvenience.

IE6 Bug fixes

A quick update on the IE6 issues we’ve been having (sidebar going crazy.) The issue is now fixed as far as I can tell. Please make a comment below if you’re still having trouble.

I see things resumed as normal round here while I was away so I’d like to thank Matt Davies for fadsitting (and for a great Apple redesign post.) Without him, you’d probably be staring at a gazillion comments about Viagra.

Away and Bug Squashing

As you may have seen from the wee banner at the top, I’m on a break from Thu 14 Jun - Mon 25 Jun so things may get a little untidy/stale around here. It’s OK though, fadtastic will function as normal under the capable hands of Matt Davies aka Mr Attitude Design.

Bug Squashing

I hope to use this as an opportunity to get rid of a few bugs we seem to be having. I’d love (no, really) you to let me know of any bugs (or irks/niggles even) by commenting below or filling in our feedback form. Anything at all. I shall look at them upon my return and prioritise these updates.

Things I’m aware of:

Crashing within Safari (on some setups) on article pages. (New WYSIWYG comment editor perhaps)
IE6 display issues.
