I really don’t like Apple, but i got to admit the they have the best online store, everything is so easy to find and the screen isn’t cluttered. An good example of a flash e-commerce, with the whole drag and drop style, is the vitaman site: http://www.vitamanglobal.comSome contstructive critism, perhaps you should include a paragraph for each store as to why you think it is well designed.

I think it sends out a clear message that if you take a strong brand, uncluttered design layout and simple navigation you can create a superb shoppinf experience for the user. Simple is key! The Apple site is actually one of my favourites but then they have a huge budget for brandind and design…try getting that result on a budget!

I’ve always felt that designing for an e-commerce site was the hard to actually make look good. The majority of the content is lists, and images - so it leaves very little room for creative input. Thanks for sharing these examples though, gave me some great ideas.
