Nice review Andrew! It's been a while! So what makes this service different than the other 'PSD -> HTML/CSS' shops out there?

Ted, how goes it?

I'd say that two factors that stood out for me regarding W3<MARKUP/> were customisation and flexibility. The order page shows how keen they are to accept a multitude of different layout options instead of the usual "send us your PSD and we'll code it up no questions asked." One or two similar services that I've glanced over offer to make Wordpress themes from PSDs but W3<MARKUP/> seem to offer a lot more integration with CMSs and E-commerce solutions.

We used them and they deliver good results and professional. Often, they are slow providing custom quotes and stuff like that.

M Heith: I would have to disagree about mypsdtohtml.

I can not comment on the actual code producted but the customer service is appalling. I had an 18 page site that I wanted a custom quote on (Many of the pages were very similar). I sent them the details and a ZIP of the PSDs and asked for a custom quote. They just cut and pasted the prices from the site and hinted that a further discount was possible. I then had to ask again 3 times to just get a number with a dollar sign on the front. Finally they gave a number (just multiplying their standard rate) which was at least 50% more than other quotes I had had. I thanked them for their time and declined on the basis of it being too high.

They then sent me a slightly abusive/cranky email telling me to use a calculator and not waste their time (2 to 3 minutes tops).

I can only imagine how they would respond to any round trip CSS tweaks on their work.

Good service and communication costs nothing people.
