I do however tend to only read the leading story, rather than browsing the archives. This may be because I find the green link text a little to hard to read (monitor contrast on my work machine is stupidly high, making everything look washed out). Like the commentor above, I'd add a list of recent posts somewhere near the top to aid in users picking up your other recent articles easily.
