I also agree with comment #2, don't rush a design just to make it into the Reboot, but set goals, and have a clear vision of what you want your result to be. Anyone can see my website, I'm designing live because it's a good way to motivate myself, but I might pull the design down before it's complete to do a proper launch (depending on how much longer it takes).
